THE MENTAL HEALTH & COMMUNICATION LABS

Our core offer, The Mental Health & Communication Labs, consists of three practical modules developed through years of experience working with international companies, universities and institutions, and training more than 10,000 people across mental health first aid, digital wellbeing and communication.

We want to optimize your people's learning time, without sacrificing quality and impact. That is why we created a core offer that brings together the approaches, tools and practices we have seen work consistently over more than 12 years of implementation across different organizations and cultures. 

The program integrates three areas that are increasingly interconnected in today’s workplace:

  • mental health awareness,

  • communication skills,

  • and digital wellbeing.

 

Rather than offering isolated workshops, we focus on creating a structured learning journey.

But what to do first and how to combine it properly so that there is lasting impact, and not just a one off training? A program that is spread across time and that tackles psychological skills at work and interpersonal skills is the most practical and tangible thing to do for your teams.

3 MODULES, 3 MONTHS, ONLY 9 HOURS

A structured 3 month program where managers and teams learn, apply and integrate psychological skills into their daily work. The goal: improve wellbeing, strengthen communication and create sustainable change with the help of an expert. 


MONTH 1 – MODULE 1: MENTAL HEALTH ESSENTIALS - 3 hours
🔹 What is mental health and its dimensions; the importance of mental wellbeing at work and raising awareness on stigma
🔹 Spot signs of burnout and mental distress at work: global data around mental wellbeing
🔹How to start a meaningful conversation and signpost people to help


MONTH 2 – MODULE 2: COMMUNICATION SKILLS LAB - 3 hours
🔹 How to prepare and successfully hold difficult conversations: communication techniques and conflict management
🔹 Howe to give feedback: transgenerationally and across different cultures and different roles
🔹Communicating effectively via email and building healthy interpersonal dynamics at work

MONTH 3 – MODULE 3: DIGITAL WELLBEING & ATTENTION FOCUS - 3 hours
🔹 Managing Digital overload and urgency at work- healthy use of communication channels: e-mail, chat, AI tools
🔹 Understanding the brain’s reward system: scrolling, notifications; News consumption and eco-anxiety
🔹Creation of digital wellbeing ambassadors - future action plan for wellbeing and digital communication guidelines

PSYCHOLOGICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS FOR THE WORKPLACE

Not sure what level of engagement your teams can manage right now? We also offer micro-talks in the form of lunch & learn sessions and keynote speeches. These sessions cover a variety of topics connected to our broader wellbeing and communication strategy. This allows your company to introduce the conversation gradually, assess interest and needs internally, and decide whether you would like to continue the journey with a more in-depth program — or simply start with a standalone session to test the waters.
