Navigating The Digital Age
SKILLS TRAININGS: PROGRAM FOR UNIVERSITIES

Navigating The Digital Age
In today's digital age, it's crucial to equip ourselves with the right tools not to be overwhelmed by technology, but to use it mindfully and thrive with it. Our course, "Navigating the Digital Age," is designed to help students, at both bachelor and master level, understand the intricate dynamics of self-esteem, perfectionism, and the impact of social media and technology on your mental wellbeing. By understand digital psychology principles, students can turn to a more intentional use of technology.
We are very proud to have been collaborating with various universities in Switzerland and abroad. Our credo on the importance of learning and understanding how our brain works in order to make a change is key for earlier ages too. This is why our programs target universities - from bachelor level to master and even modules that can be learnt by PhDs students.
We have two main programs: DIGITAL WELLBEING AND SELF-ESTEEM IN THE DIGITAL AGE and ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR CONFLICT MANAGEMENT. The future of work is important, our students are future leaders and we have to teach them the basic interpersonal and psychological skills that were not present in the past of the educational panorama.

Assertive Communication Skills for Conflict Management

ETH University students
This program is designed primarily for students in academia who want to build assertive communication skills and navigate academic and professional environments with more confidence.
Whether you're advocating for your research, setting boundaries with colleagues, or facing difficult conversations, assertiveness is a powerful tool—but one that's often underdeveloped.
Why Assertiveness?
Assertiveness is an important life skill. Research shows that assertiveness, in the ability of communicating healthily and with respect, brings more clarity and better mental wellbeing. Assertiveness is a tool of resilience in moments of change and transition and it is a reminder that we should go for what we want and deserve: and respect what others want and deserve.
We become better conversationalists: in interviews, in conflict management, in difficult conversations, or simply in saying no a bit more and protect our energy. it is not about aggressiveness is about honest communication: this is the true meaning of assertiveness. Isn't this a great skill to have as a future leader?
What the studenst will learn:
-
Say "no" with clarity and without guilt
-
Stay grounded and clear even under pressure
-
Speak up for your needs, goals, and ideas confidently
-
Give feedback, regulate yourself emotionally and deal with difficult conversation as leader with future teams
