At FindYourWay Coaching, we fosters long-term organizational wellbeing and supports prevention of mental distress at work through skilling and reskilling of both management and employees. We help organizations build an internal ecosystem that supports prevention, continuous learning and long-term cultural change by strengthening wellbeing awareness and capabilities across teams.
Today’s professional world demands more cognitive performance than ever before, and 1 of 4 employees experiences high levels of stress or psychological difficulties. We believe in the equality of mental and physical health — and that mental wellbeing education is inseparable from learning and development best practices, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Our approach combines research-based methodologies with a practical implementation. We have a core program for organizations, "The Mental Health & Communication Labs", focused on applying psychological and interpersonal skills to your organization. Our main and very distinctive focus is to combine mental wellbeing training with effective communication training, a proven formula for building healthier, more resilient organizations.
In addition, our founder Alessandra brings extensive experience in digital psychology and digital wellbeing. This allows us to integrate topics such as digital overload, attention management and mindful technology use into our programs.
Additional offerings:
- We offer micro-talks if you are not ready to engage in a full program, and we are happy to tailor the content to your organizational needs.
- We partner with the Swiss organization Pro Mente Sana and offer trainings in mental health first aid for teams and managers alike.
Through these trainings — as well as through our core programs — we support organizations in identifying and developing internal wellbeing ambassadors and champions who can help foster a culture of prevention, awareness and early support around mental health.
Our goal is to help companies strengthen internal wellbeing capabilities over time, while also connecting them with trusted external mental health resources and professional partners whenever additional support is needed.
We teach and consult in English, Italian, Spanish, French and German.
